MARTTIINI, Chef's Knife, Large, Santoprene Handle

The KIDE kitchen knife series from the traditional Finnish company
Marttiini combines classic knife design and precise manufacturing technology.
The forged blade made of stainless, German 1.4116 high-performance steel
has a hardness of 56 HRC and, thanks to its satin finish, is a real eye-catcher.
This steel is a favorite for kitchen knives because it is food-safe, easy to care for,
and simple to resharpen.
The ergonomic Santoprene handle offers a secure grip when cutting, even
in damp conditions.
The large chef's knife is a true all-purpose knife and one of the most popular
tools in the kitchen.
