For all items marked “18+”. 
These items may only be given to people over 18 years old. 
When is proof of age required?
For all products marked with the “18+ symbol”. These products may only be given to people over 18 years of age.
These are, for example, various knives (switchblades, daggers...)
some self-protection products (batons, stun guns), etc.
 Why is proof of age required?
To comply with legal requirements and to be able to verify your age. We require a copy of your ID card (front and back) once, only for the first order. We only store your date of birth.
 100% data protection
Your proof of age is only required for one-time confirmation and to determine your date of birth or your age. Your ID will not be registered. All customer data is subject to data protection and will not be passed on.
Sending by email
You are welcome to send us a photo or a scan of your ID card (front and back) by email. Always include your name and your customer number.

Send a copy of the front and back of your ID card or a photo in a stamped envelope to the address below. Always include your name and your customer number.

 Important if you select a different delivery address
If you choose a different delivery address than the billing address when placing your order, we will also require proof of age of the recipient of the delivery address.
Please note that delivery of corresponding products can only take place if we have proof of age before shipping!
Unfortunately, without proof of age, we cannot ship ordered products to you immediately.
If we do not receive proof of age from you within 7 days of placing your order, we will consider your order “cancelled by you”.
