Gerber fishing knife CONTROLLER FILLET
The filleting knives of the CONTROLLER series from Gerber have flexible blades made of robust and cut-resistant 9Cr18MoV steel, which is polished to a high gloss to make the
blades easier to clean and at the same time allow for maximum rust resistance.
The knives are equipped with handles that are very easy to hold.
To do this, wear the thumb rest for controlled filleting
high-quality elastomer material mix as well as the large finger protection.
The full tang construction of the knives contributes to the robustness.
The injection molded plastic sheaths have large water outlet holes, and the integrated diamond knife sharpener allows immediate resharpening.
The knives can be attached to the equipment using the large clip or a nylon loop.
The knife also has a hitch.
