Herbertz Jap. Honing stone on a base
This combination stone has two different grits.
The 1000 grit is ideal for sharpening blunt cutting edges, the 3000 grit for fine sharpening.
Before use, the stones must be soaked in water for about 5 to 10 minutes, which is easily possible in the plastic base supplied.
Then simply place the side with the required grit facing up and you can start sharpening.
