Böker, tactical knife, dagger, fixed blade knife, Kydex sheath, belt adapter
The Böker Applegate-Fairbairn has been impressing emergency services all over the world
in its various versions for years and has now achieved the status of a real icon.
The tactical knife goes back to the classic Fairbairn-Sykes dagger from World War II
and was designed by Col. Rex Applegate.
The elite soldier coordinated secret operations throughout Europe during the war and was even
used to personally guard President Franklin D. Roosevelt.
He trained special Allied units in close combat and founded the "School for Spies and
Assassins" in what is now Camp David.
He later continued to work as an advisor and instructor, wrote numerous books on close combat
techniques and began developing and improving the perfect combat knife. The glass fiber reinforced
plastic handle with integrated stainless steel weights sits securely in the hand,
the brass gag and the 440C blade are up to any task.
The signatures of Col. Rex Applegate and William E. Fairbairn adorn the blade.
Supplied with Kydex sheath and large belt adapter.
