Light filleting knife FISKEKNIV incl. Leather sheath
The FISKEKNIV model from Helle is an excellent filleting knife in the Norwegian style.
The highly polished, flexible, 1.4 mm thin blade is made of stainless steel 12C27 steel made and ground extremely sharp.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of birch wood was designed for pulling cuts designed and lies comfortably in the hand.
A brown leather sheath with belt loop is included, as well as a cleaning cloth.
