Haller Traditional Japanese chef's knife with wooden handle
The Deba model is traditional with a flat grind on one side
side and with a bevel cut on the other side,
which results in a much more precise cut.
The blade is made of stainless steel, ground on one side.
Each knife comes in a Japanese storage box.
